This project is based in Borivali opposite Megathane Metro station on the western expressway. This is the second project for which the client commissioned Bob Atwal.

This is a 222m high tour de force tower comprising of 2 basements, 10 car parking podium floors, located above the podium is the main 3 storey 11m high main arrival lobby with a very powerful statement including outdoor space and 45 office floors. The layout has a split side cores with main office spaces facing the expressway.

This project will be the first commercial tower in Mumbai designed to international standards and quality. The project will have high speed lifts as well as offering premium communal facilities such as retail, restaurants to the occupants.
