This project was a large mixed use masterplan located in northern India. This planned township layout over 120 acres of rural land on the outskirts of an existing large city was truly visionar comprising of a 5 star state of the art hotel, retail street over two levels with a central facility comprising of conference hall, central market with a bridge connection over a manmade lake to the hotel. layout over and comprised of approximately 750,000 sqft mall over 2 levels of retail at street level, 4 levels of podium parking and 2 towers of approximately 100m residential with 120 apartments.
