This residential project in Thane was a concept design carried out some years back consisting of three 27 storey towers covering an overall built up area of 1.1 million sqft. The objective was to create a unique landmark on the skyline. The central component in doing this were the structural ‘A Frames ’ located externally providing maximum efficiency as they would not be counted in the permissible built up area, increasing the value of the building as space is not wasted on dead structure. These frames would also become a recognisable feature at night when lit. This was one of the first projects in India to enhance quality of living by having ‘ gardens in the sky ‘. The overall height is 120m.
